This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Europe Sales Director based in Italy.

As Europe Sales Director, you will take full ownership of commercial growth across the European market for an innovative AI-powered healthcare product. You will be responsible for regional revenue, pipeline development, forecasting, and the overall go-to-market strategy across multiple countries. This is a highly hands-on leadership role where you will personally engage with hospitals, health systems, clinicians, and senior decision-makers throughout the sales cycle. You will shape market-entry priorities, build strategic relationships, and drive complex enterprise deals from prospecting through close. As the region grows, you will have the opportunity to build and lead a high-performing European sales team. Working with Marketing, Product, and Medical teams, you will help scale an impactful technology that is transforming cardiovascular care.

Accountabilities:
- Own European commercial performance,



including revenue targets, pipeline development, sales forecasting, and overall regional growth.
- Lead the complete enterprise sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification through executive demonstrations, negotiations, and closing.
- Develop and execute the European go-to-market strategy, including territory planning, customer segmentation, and market-entry priorities across countries.
- Build strong relationships with clinical leaders, procurement teams, C-level executives, and other key stakeholders within hospitals and health systems.
- Drive both new business and expansion opportunities by developing trusted customer relationships and identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts.
- Hire, coach, and develop a European sales team as the regional organization scales.
