We are looking for a motivated and creative Social Specialist to join our CX & Brand Marketing team and support the development of engaging digital experiences that strengthen Kia's brand presence in the Italian market.
Reporting to the Brand Experience Manager, you will support the execution of Kia's social and digital communication strategy, helping to create engaging content, amplify brand experiences, and enhance the visibility of strategic partnerships and events.
Working closely with internal stakeholders, agencies, and European teams, you will contribute to building meaningful customer connections through innovative, data-driven, and customer-centric digital activities.
What you'll do:
Social Media Management
- Manage the day-to-day execution of Kia's social media channels.
- Coordinate content planning, publishing, and monitoring activities.
- Collaborate with creative and media agencies to develop engaging content.
- Monitor and optimise social performance, engagement, reach, and conversion metrics.
- Ensure consistency of tone of voice and alignment with Kia brand guidelines.
