Posizione

- Lead the purchasing strategy for a specific material category (leathers and fabrics, metallic accessories, other products), ensuring optimal contractual conditions and supplier base solidity.
- Ensure proper supplier capacity management, preventing risks of overloading or under-utilization.
- Align suppliers with the brand's quality, sustainability, and innovation objectives.
- In collaboration with the Compliance team, assure suppliers compliance and performance through regular audits.

Responsabilità del lavoro

- Define and implement sourcing strategy for the assigned category.
- Negotiate framework contracts, prices, and commercial conditions with suppliers.
- Assess and monitor supplier production and quality capabilities.
- Identify and develop new sourcing opportunities aligned with brand requirements.
- Collaborate with Product Development, Planning, Compliance and Quality teams to ensure alignment with objectives.
- Analyze market trends and supply chain risks.




- Prepare and conduct supplier performance reviews in collaboration with the Procurement Manager and other departments.
- Ensure the purchasing of materials for new collections.

Profilo

- Degree in Economics, Management Engineering, or related fields.
- 5+ years of experience in Strategic Purchasing, ideally in fashion/luxury.
- Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.
- Knowledge of market dynamics related to the assigned category.
- Strong command of Excel and Power BI (or equivalent tools).
- English level B2 minimum; French knowledge is considered a plus.
