Primary Purpose

Technology transformation is only successful when people adopt new ways of working. This role plays a critical part in ensuring that our Technology initiatives translate into real, sustained impact across the organization.

As an Analyst V, Technology Change Management, you will lead the development and execution of enterprise change strategies for complex Technology programs. You’ll apply structured methodologies to help teams navigate change effectively—accelerating adoption, minimizing disruption, and ensuring business value is realized.

This role partners closely with HR, Communications, and senior Technology leaders to deliver consistent, integrated change approaches.



You’ll influence how change is planned and experienced, while building scalable frameworks and tools that strengthen change capability across the organization. Our flexible/hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days. Our core office location for this role is Salisbury, NC.

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and lead end-to-end change strategies for complex Technology initiatives, including stakeholder engagement, communications, training, readiness, and adoption planning
- Partner with HR and Corporate Communications to ensure aligned messaging, integrated plans, and a consistent employee exp
