Your Mission Will Be Structured Around Four Core Pillars /pullibTechnical Support /b /liliProvide remote technical assistance to field service engineers globally /liliSupport troubleshooting on industrial compressors and their applications /liliEnsure timely and high-quality problem resolution /lilibProjects Product Development /b /liliContribute to cross-functional teams for new product development /liliDefine maintenance strategies, intervals, and service instructions in collaboration with the Design Team /liliIdentify and define tools required for maintenance /liliMaintain and improve service platforms /liliReview and optimize spare parts proposals /lilibQuality Improvement /b /liliManage and monitor warranty costs, driving continuous product improvement /liliAnalyze and approve/reject warranty claims /liliDefine and implement field corrective actions /liliSupport Sales with technical insights for customer claims resolution /liliLead cross-functional initiatives to reduce and control warranty costs /lilibTraining Knowledge Sharing /b /liliDeliver technical training to field engineers worldwide /liliOrganize and lead: /liliulliAnnual global training week (live streamed)
