PpbWhat will be your mission? /b /ppAs Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will join Minor Hotels Europe Americas within the People Department based in Milan. In cooperation with Operations and reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible to manage, coordinate and carry out recruitment and onboarding processes in Italy, contributing to the strategic objectives of the company. /ppbWhat will you do? /b /pulliCoordinate recruiting processes for hotels and central services profiles from collecting hiring managers’ needs, interviews, providing them short lists of qualified candidates /liliBuild a strong relationship with hiring managers, providing them regular updates and recruiting metrics and your expertise throughout hiring processes /liliProactively engage passive candidates, apply various recruiting techniques, networking and employee referrals. /liliThink of different ways to promote our open positions on different channels /liliCollaborate in the design of the Annual Talent Attraction Plan /liliEventually, leading the final stage of recruitment: making the offer to the finalist and negotiating it /liliYou will build relationships with schools and universities and participate to Employer Branding events to attract fresh young talents and spread our Group’s culture /liliFoster an amazing candidate experience /liliActively collaborate on a range of different HR projects /lilibWhat are we looking for? /b /lili2/3 years of recruiting in-house experience /liliExperience with high volume recruitment: CV screening, interviewing,
