Ph3Responsibilities /h3 ul liManage the entire procurement process supporting production activities. /li liCreate Purchase Requisitions (PRs), issue and monitor Purchase Orders (POs). /li liVerify order confirmations and maintain ongoing communication with external suppliers. /li liHandle the administrative and operational management of contracts and related purchase orders. /li liCollaborate with various departments to monitor orders, perform data analysis, and support production order closing activities. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liAt least 2–3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a manufacturing environment. /li liExcellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis, monitoring, and management activities. /li liGood command of the English language,



both written and spoken. /li liFamiliarity with ERP systems, preferably SAP. /li liStrong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills. /li liGood interpersonal and communication skills. /li /ul h3Core Competencies /h3 pDemonstrates expertise in managing procurement processes, including creating Purchase Requisitions and monitoring Purchase Orders, while ensuring effective communication with suppliers.
