PpThe Senior Project Manager plays the role of CEO of the project—fully accountable for the success, quality, and strategic impact of some of our most complex and high value automation programmes. This is a position for someone who thrives in complexity, influences without authority, and consistently delivers excellence from concept to completion. /ppAs a Senior Project Manager, you will lead large scale, technically sophisticated automation projects across EMEA. You will be the strategic driver of project success, ensuring alignment between customer expectations, contractual commitments, and organisational goals. /liliDevelop robust project governance, business cases, and project charters to secure stakeholder alignment. /liliBuild integrated project plans using advanced project management tools and methodologies. /liliSchedule Resource Management /liliLead and motivate high‑performing project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability. /liliDevelop resource plans to ensure optimal utilisation across multiple concurrent projects. /liliMonitor progress, manage critical paths, and implement corrective actions to protect schedule and budget. /liliEnsure seamless integration of interdependent tasks and activities. /liliStakeholder Communication Management /liliBuild strong, trust‑based relationships with customers and internal stakeholders. /liliDevelop communication plans that ensure clarity, transparency, and proactive engagement. /liliProvide regular project updates, highlighting progress, risks, and key decisions. /liliFacilitate project meetings and act as a strategic advisor throughout the project lifecycle. /liliContract Vendor Management /liliSupport negotiation of complex vendor and supplier contracts. /liliManage vendor performance and ensure compliance with contractual obligations. /liliOversee change orders, contract modifications, and documentation processes. /liliFinancial Risk Management /liliDevelop and manage detailed project budgets, ensuring financial discipline and value delivery. /liliTrack costs, analyse variances, and implement corrective actions. /liliIdentify, assess, and mitigate project risks,
