Ph3strongOverview /strong /h3pWe’re looking for a senior product designer to help define the future of AI-native software interfaces in real estate. /ppAt Uniti, customers use our platform to configure, monitor, and operate AI agents across voice, chat, SMS, WhatsApp, and email. We also build the real-time web chat experiences where end users directly interact with these agents. /ppYou’ll work across both sides of the product: /pullipthe operational platform used by teams running our AI agents /p /lilipthe end-user interfaces where people interact with AI directly /p /li /ulpThis role is heavily focused on product UX, interaction design, workflows, usability, and interface innovation. /ppThe UX patterns for AI-native and agentic software are still evolving. We’re looking for someone who can help shape what great AI interfaces look and feel like over the next several years. /ppYou should care deeply about clarity, speed, polish, usability, and designing workflows that feel intuitive despite underlying complexity. /ppYou’ll work closely with founders, engineers, customer teams, and customers themselves to rapidly prototype, test, and improve the product experience. /ph3strongWhat you’ll do /strong /h3ullipDesign core product workflows across the Uniti platform /p /lilipImprove UX for agent configuration, reporting, monitoring, analytics, and operational tooling /p /lilipDesign polished, high-quality AI interaction experiences for our web chat products /p /lilipHelp define interaction patterns for AI-native and agentic software /p /lilipTurn ambiguous ideas into intuitive product experiences /p /lilipConduct customer interviews and usability sessions to deeply understand workflows and friction points /p /lilipPrototype and iterate quickly in Figma and modern design tools /p /lilipWork closely with engineering to ensure high-quality implementation /p /lilipContinuously improve product quality, consistency,



and usability /p /lilipStay current with emerging interface patterns, AI tooling, and evolving user expectations around AI products /p /lilipContribute to product direction and roadmap discussions /p /li /ulh3strongWhat we’re looking for /strong /h3ullip7+ years of experience designing digital products /p /lilipStrong experience designing SaaS products or operational software /p /lilipExceptional product intuition and UX judgment /p /lilipStrong visual and interaction design skills /p /lilipStrong command of Figma and modern design tooling /p /lilipComfortable operating in fast-moving, ambiguous startup environments /p /lilipAbility to simplify complex workflows into intuitive interfaces /p /lilipStrong communication and collaboration skills /p /lilipComfortable talking directly with customers and translating feedback into product improvements /p /lilipHighly curious about AI products and the future of software interfaces /p /li /ulh3strongNice to have /strong /h3ullipExperience designing AI-native or agentic products /p /lilipFrontend knowledge (HTML/CSS/React) /p /lilipAbility to prototype interactions beyond static mockups /p /lilipExperience working closely with engineering teams /p /lilipExperience using AI tools for rapid prototyping and iteration /p /lilipStartup experience /p /li /ulh3strongAdditional context /strong /h3pThis role is primarily focused on product and UX design.
