The Role
Wearelookingfor a Senior AI/ML Engineer to provide technical leadershipacrossAI and datainitiatives. Thisisahands-onindividualcontributorroleforsomeonewhocan takeambiguousAI/MLproblems,understandthe technical challenges,shapepracticalsolutionsand breakthemdownintoexecutableengineering work.

You’llworkcloselywithengineers, data scientists, product, domainexperts, Delivery and Architecture to turnideasintotechnicallysound, production-readysolutions.You’llhelp teams makedifficulttechnicaldecisions,identifyrisks andunknownsearly,



and provide the technicaldirectionneededtomovecomplexinitiativesforward . Success inthisrolemeanshelpingteams makebettertechnicaldecisions,reducinguncertaintyearlyandimprovingthequalityandpredictabilityof engineeringexecution.

Thisisahybridpermanentrole, with 3 days on-site and 2 days working from home.

What You’ll Work On
You’llhelp build AI and data productsusedin energyenvironments,including:
- Predictivemaintenanceforcriticalinfrastructure
- Anomalydetectionon industrialsensordata
- Asset monitoring andoperationalintelligence
- Energy forecasting and time-seriesmodelling

Thesearedifficultreal-worldproblemsinvolvingnoisyand incompletesensordata, sparse labels, large-scale time-seriesdatasets andevolvingoperationalrequirements.

What You’ll Do
- Shape technical solutions — TurnambiguousAI/MLproblemsintoclear,practicaltechnicalapproaches.
- Break down complex initiatives — Translatehigh-levelproblemsintotechnicalcomponen
