Eaton’s Mobility Group is currently looking for a Production Supervisor to join our team at the Bosconero Valves Plant (Turin). In this role, you will be responsible for organizing, planning, and executing production activities within your assigned area. You will lead and coordinate Production Facilitators (Shift Leaders) through direct reporting, overseeing production lines to ensure maximum operational efficiency while maintaining strict adherence to quality standards, delivery targets, and safety requirements. You will work closely with Plant Management on both organizational and operational decisions and collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including Supply Chain, Quality, Maintenance, EHS, and HR, to ensure production continuity and the achievement of business objectives. You will also actively contribute to performance reviews and participate in decision‑making processes alongside Senior Leadership. /ph3What you’ll do: /h3ulliCoordinate and manage departmental production activities, ensuring production progress in line with the production plan /liliSet and monitor area objectives aligned with Plant and Corporate goals and be accountable for key production KPIs. /liliEnsure a safe working environment by enforcing HSE regulations /liliCoordinate activities with other plant functions (Quality, Maintenance, Logistics, Technical Services, HR, EHS, CI) to resolve production issues, improve processes, and support industrialization and new product launches. /liliLead and drive CI initiatives using Lean and LSS principles, supporting Kaizen activities, RIEs, and structured improvement plans. /liliFoster teamwork and employee engagement to achieve plant objectives. /liliBe accountable for product quality within the department, promoting a strong quality culture and leading problem‑solving activities in collaboration with the Quality team. /liliDefine and assign actions to reduce WIP, improve production flow, and reduce operational costs. /liliDevelop and evaluate Production Facilitator performance,



ensuring effective shift activity monitoring and timely communication with Management. /liliCollaborate with HR on employee selection, evaluation, development, and disciplinary management. /liliBe responsible for implementing Customer‑Specific Requirements and supporting internal, external, and customer audits. /liliPromote skills development within the department, ensuring training, workforce flexibility, and structured onboarding of new employees. /li /ulh3Qualifications: /h3ulliHigh school diploma is accepted, when supported by solid, hands‑on experience in manufacturing. The compensation and benefits that will initially be offered for this position are based on Eaton's plans, programs and practices.
