Silversea is seeking an Executive Sous Chef to join our luxury shipboard culinary team. You will be second-in-command to the Executive Chef, guiding daily galley operations, ensuring top-tier menu execution and guest satisfaction on ultra-luxury voyages.

You will lead a high-volume, high-standard kitchen, enforcing Public Health standards and driving inventory control, waste reduction, and staff development in a Michelin-level environment.
