Context and Purpose of the job

The Digital Learning intern will support the Retail Training department in creating visual education tools to train and engage the store teams.

Responsibilities

- Support the preparation of slide decks, guides and visual aids for the store teams
- Produce interactive assets for retail training apps and manage related back office activities
- Design interactive presentations
- Produce videos according to a given storyboard
- Upload e-learning modules and maintain the e-learning platform
- Organize libraries
- Ensure that all training content strictly aligns with the brand's visual identity guidelines

Descrizione profilo:

Requirements

- A degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design or a related field
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Power Point
- Attention to details and team spirit
- Ability to meet project rollout dates
- Aptitude for visual summary
- Eagerness to learn
- Fluency in both Italian and English
