The Associated Press is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to provide 24x7 support for AP staff and external clients. This hybrid role includes in-office requirements Tuesday through Thursday and covers API setups, Azure/Intune/SCCM troubleshooting, and hardware deployment.

You will manage user accounts, support portals, and training while coordinating with global teams. A college or technical degree and 1+ year of customer support experience are expected.
