Boehringer Ingelheim in Noventa Padovana (PD) seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team of six technicians in a highly regulated pharmaceutical setting. You will manage preventive, corrective and calibration maintenance, ensure quality documentation, and drive continuous improvement in collaboration with global stakeholders.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in maintenance within regulated environments and strong leadership. English proficiency required; pharma experience is a plus.
