Who You Are:
- A dedicated follower of Jesus Christ Have a degree from a 4-year institution, preference is for a focus in Christian Ministry, Adventure Travel, Psychology, International Relations, or other related fields
- Experience in leadership positions

- The position is full-time, in person in one of our amazing locations.
Supervise L&LI; Apartments and Student Life
- Provide an example of a Christ follower to every student in the L&LI; program: by behavior, actions and words Live in the apartment alongside students
- Maintain awareness of semester calendar & schedule, and communicate to students both in-person and via email/social media about activities and events
- Maintain attention to the property, including but not limited to paying bills, keeping receipts, reporting maintenance needs to the admin assistant, completing an apartment inventory, and maintaining overall cleanliness, health, & comfort of the apartment
- Complete check-in & check-out processes accordingly, as well as incident reports
- Act as the point person for all student questions related to health concerns, questions, and/or issues
- Maintain student health and respond to health concerns, vaccination, and clinic needs, alongside the Director of Student Life

Compensation
- Full list of compensation varies based on the program location.
- Resident Coordinators will personally fundraise a set amount based on the program location.
- L&LI; will provide–including but not limited to–the following:
- Housing (9 months) during Semester Programs dates, Staff Training, and Debrief
- Food Allowance Stipend per semester
- Cell phone (9 months)
- Language Instruction
- Cultural Activities/Travel
