Mentor: 14‑Week Creative Mentorship Program

Welcome to the Soho Mentorship Program! This is a 10 minute questionnaire in which we’re looking to learn about who you are, and your journey into the Creative Industries. This information will be used to:
- make the best mentor-mentee match
- promote the program and who’s involved
Please note that completing this form does not guarantee you a place on the program. We will use this information to see if we can find the right person to match you with.
We are looking for pro‑active Soho House Rome members who would like to take part as committed mentor in the program.
The program runs over a total period of 14‑16 weeks. If matched, we ask mentors to commit to:
1) Participate in 5 key events at Soho House Rome. Dates to be announced:
- Mentor Onboarding: 7 October 2025, 7‑9 pm
- Launch Event: 8 October 2025, 7‑10 pm
- Halfway Event: 26 November 2025, 7‑10 pm
- New Years Catch Up: 14 January 2026, 7‑10 pm
- Final Showcase: 22 February 2026, time TBC
- Additional workshops and meet‑ups: upon request, we organise additional events to connect and share knowledge.
2) Meet with your mentee for an hour on a bi‑weekly basis (this can be further defined together with your mentee).
