Join a dynamic customer service team in Porto, Portugal, providing support in German and English while ensuring a high level of client satisfaction for a leading business travel platform.

About the Location:

Porto, a vibrant coastal city in northwest Portugal, is known for its historic charm, rich culture, and dynamic atmosphere.

What You'll Do:

- Provide customer support in Italian and English
- Ensure high-quality, accurate, and timely service delivery
- Maintain a high level of client satisfaction

What You Bring:

- Mandatory 1 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably within the travel industry
- Mandatory High School diploma (12th grade or equivalent)
- Proficiency in with the ability to read, write, and speak fluently




- Excellent communication skills
- Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic environment
- Fluent/native-level Italian

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00

Compensation & Benefits:

- Gross salary: €1,000/month (paid over 14 months)
- Attendance premio: €100/month (paid over 11 months)
- Meal allowance: €7.63 per working day

Relocation:

Not provided. Candidates should already be based in Portugal or be able to relocate to Porto at their own expense.

Work Setup:

On-site, based in Porto.
