Camlin in Parma is seeking a Senior AI/ML Engineer to provide technical leadership across AI and data initiatives. This hands-on role requires turning ambiguous AI/ML problems into executable engineering work and guiding teams toward production-ready solutions.

You will collaborate with engineers, data scientists, product and domain experts, owning technical decisions and shaping the direction of Camlin's AI/data initiatives while working in a hybrid model with on-site and remote days.
