Role Description
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Investor Relations Senior Associate/AVP to join our Investor Relations team in Europe. This role bridges operational excellence with increasing exposure to investor-facing activities.
You will support investor communications, fundraising efforts, and maintain strong relationships with our investor network.
This position is ideal for someone with solid operational experience in investor relations, fundraising, or finance who is ready to take the next step toward a more externally facing and strategic role within a dynamic, international environment. You will design and own processes and play an elementary role in rolling out a new set of CRM tools. You will interact with investors from day one and get involved in the closing of live deals.
Responsibilities
Operations & Data Management (60%)
- Shape the rollout of a new CRM across a growing and dynamic organization
- Maintain and update investor and deal data within our systems
- Oversee data rooms to ensure materials are accurate, complete, and well-structured
- Support onboarding of new investors and co-investors collecting KYC materials and NDAs
- Coordinate with legal and internal stakeholders to prepare and distribute documentation
- Ensure high standards of data accuracy, organization, and confidentiality
- Communicate with investors and support ongoing fundraising efforts for syndicated, deal-by-deal investments
- Prepare and distribute investment presentations, teasers, reports, capital calls and other investment materials
- Coordinate, organise and participate in investor outreach and follow-ups throughout the deal lifecycle
- Help manage investor pipelines and track engagement across opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams and portfolio companies to gather and present relevant updates
- Liaise with our North American team and act as a link between the two geographies
Requirements
Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in investor relations, fundraising, finance, or a related area
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously
- High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating across international teams
- Professional, reliable, and proactive mindset
- Excellent command of English and effective communication
Nice to Have
- Experience working with investors, family offices, or private market environments
- Exposure to private equity, search funds, or SME investments
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce or similar)
- Prior involvement in fundraising or capital raising processes
- Experience working in an international or fast-paced environment
- Fluency in languages beyond English
