Offer Description

The fabrication will be conducted using isotropic or anisotropic etching techniques following a photolithography process. The resulting crystals will be appropriately folded with suitable sample holders or by deposition of tensile or compressive films, suitably patterned on the sample surface.



It will also be necessary to characterize the resulting crystals using morphological investigation techniques, such as high-resolution optical interferometry, or scanning electron microscopy, and structural characterization techniques, such as X-ray diffraction and transmission electron microscopy. Characterization at electrosynchrotrons or proton synchrotrons at international facilities will also be necessary.
