As a Senior Associate you will be part of a team that supports private equity funds and corporate clients on both buy-side and sell-side transactions, delivering high-quality financial analysis to make informed investment decisions. The role offers a steep learning curve, direct exposure to senior members of the team and clients in a dynamic and international environment.

Day to day responsibilities:

- Preparing in-depth financial analysis of financial statements to identify transaction risks and opportunities
- Examining historical trends and discussing significant fluctuations and non-recurring items between periods
- Contributing to assessing normalized EBITDA, net debt adjustments and working capital trends
- Contributing to report-writing and client deliverables
- Supporting, assisting and training junior members of the team

Essential Traits:





- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Transaction Services or Financial Audit
- Degree in Accounting, Finance or other relevant disciplines
- Strong analytical, critical-thinking and problem-solving skills
- Proven interpersonal and client relationship skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with focus on Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Experience working with diverse and multicultural teams
- Flexibility to travel, as required

The current salary range for this position is 35.000 to 42.000 .
