Relais & Châteaux's Borgo Pignano Florence is opening a luxury urban retreat in a 5-hectare park, seeking a Revenue & Reservation Supervisor to implement revenue and reservation standards and position the property at the top end of the luxury market.

You will work with the Reservations Manager across reservations, revenue management, systems, and guest experience, contributing to pricing strategies, distribution, and service excellence.
