Analyzing and resolving application and infrastructure issues
Monitoring and supporting document management platforms running on Linux and Windows environments
Collaborating with application and infrastructure teams to troubleshoot technical issues
Contributing to the evolution of internal tools supporting operational activities
Developing and maintaining automation scripts using Bash and Python
Managing and enhancing monitoring dashboards and activities using Elastic, Kibana, and Splunk
Participating in projects aimed at platform evolution and the introduction of new technologies
Requirements At least 1 year of experience in Application Support, IT Operations, System Administration, or similar roles
Knowledge of Linux operating systems
Knowledge of Windows operating systems
Strong analytical and technical troubleshooting skills
Basic scripting knowledge in Bash and/or Python
Experience in ticket management and operational support activities
Strong interpersonal skills and a problem-solving mindset
Good command of the English language
