YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support in the maintenance and further development of occupational health and safety
- Create and monitor the measures to avoid or minimise hazards and risks
- Analyse the work processes, equipment and hazardous substances at workplaces and carry out checks
- Develop and implement internal health protection programmes within the organization
- Check all legal obligations by maintaining and updating the company-specific legal and authorisation register

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- High school diploma or degree in a technical field, or specific training in the field of occupational health and safety
- Several years of professional experience in the field of occupational safety
- Training as an employee of the occupational safety department (MDAS)
- Knowledge of the IMS, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 is an advantage
- Reliable and independent working style and good communication skills




- Very good knowledge of German, Italian and English

- Total compensation: € 38.000 - € 56.000, including 20% variable premio based on goal achievement

The compensation range provided is based on the current scope and location of the role. Should the position's responsibilities, seniority level, or location differ during the recruitment process, the applicable compensation range may be adjusted accordingly, in line with local market conditions and internal compensation frameworks.
