CSA Site Manager (Finishes) - Fitout Contractor - Milan

Permanent Position

Our client a Fitout Contractor, are seeking an experienced CSA Site Manager to join their team on an upcoming high profile fitout of a Data Centre project in Milan. This CSA Site Manager will need good all round experience but be particularly strong on the finishes, internals etc ideally with experience working within the data centre/pharma sector but also on hotel, resi & commercial type projects.

Requirements
- Trade Background or Construction related Degree
- Minimum of 5-7 years experience as a Finishing Manager with a Fitout Company, Main Contractor or Developer
- Previous Experience on data centre &/or pharmaceutical projects is desirable
- Manage & oversee the fitout/finishes of all Internal works
- Manage the workflow of subcontractors ensuring they comply with the programme of works on site
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload
- Competitive Salary - up to €80k basic DOE
- Full living away from home allowances - acc, transport, subsistence etc
