You will combine business development, technical consulting, and customer success to acquire new customers, support software sales,



and ensure long-term customer value. Acting as the bridge between customer needs, sales, and product development, you will play a key role in growing ABB's welding software business globally. The work model for the role is hybrid. #LI-hybrid This is a global role; the preferred locations are: can be located anywhere in Europe, relocation not needed.Your responsibilities: Drive software business development by identifying, qualifying, and progressing new opportunities within the welding market. Own and grow a healthy sales pipeline together with local sales teams and channel partners. Develop commercial account plans for strategic customers and support negotiations to successfully close software opportunities. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing customer accounts to maximize software adoption and recurring revenue. Represent ABB Robotics at industry events, customer workshop
