Fresha is an AI‑powered operating system for the beauty, wellness, and self‑care industry. It helps businesses manage bookings, POS, customer records, marketing, loyalty, inventory, and team operations.

Role Overview

We are looking for an exceptional Business Development Manager to join our global business. Reporting to the General Manager of Europe, you will focus on bringing in new business development and work closely with the Commercial team and all partners.

Responsibilities

- Consistently achieve sales targets (KPIs).
- Outreach: Call key decision makers via phone, email, and social to bring on new business (in‑person meetings as appropriate).
- Present, promote and sell products and services through product demos to prospective and existing partners.
- Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to close.
- Perform cost‑vantaggi and needs analysis to align solutions to partners’ objectives.




- Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless partner experience.
- Provide feedback on market trends.
- Contact 100% of qualified inbound leads in a timely manner and document all call outcomes in the CRM.
- Serve as a lead point of contact for partners on all commercial activities.

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of solid B2B sales with a track record of success.
- Experience in SaaS, online marketplaces, or payment platforms is highly desirable.
- True hunter and relationship builder.
- Organized, multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Curiosity and desire to continually grow and develop.
- Bi‑lingual: fluency in English and another language.
- Experience in beauty and wellness industry.

Compensation

€35,000 – €60,000 OTE, depending on experience. xysqume
