Job Description:
This is an exciting opportunity to join the M&A; team in the Milan office of Alantra,



a leading international investment bank with a strong European footprint and growing global platform.
Alantra operates with a lean deal team structure, providing VPs with significant ownership over transactions, direct exposure to clients, and the opportunity to play a key role in execution and junior team development.
Main responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day execution of M&A; and/or financing transactions.
- Coordinate due diligence processes (financial, legal, tax, commercial, etc.).
- Manage data rooms, Q&A; processes, and interaction with advisors.
- Draft and review key transaction documents (IMs, teasers, management presentations, process letters).
- Oversee financial models, valuation analyses, and transaction structuring.
- Support negotiation phases alongside senior team members.
- Ensure timelines are met and execution risks are proactively managed.

- Act as a primary contact for clients during execution phases.
