Elite Associates is partnering with a contemporary fashion brand renowned for its distinctive identity, strong craftsmanship, and elevated customer experience.

We are currently seeking passionate and customer-focused Sales Assistants to join the team in Milan.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional client experience, ensuring every customer feels welcomed and valued
- Develop strong product knowledge to provide personalised styling advice and recommendations
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to drive loyalty and repeat business
- Support the achievement of individual and store sales targets
- Maintain high visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines
- Assist with stock management, replenishment, and inventory control
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth day-to-day store operations

Requirements




- Previous experience in luxury, premium, or contemporary fashion retail
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Good level of English; additional languages are considered a plus
- Passion for fashion, styling, and current market trends
- Positive attitude, team spirit, and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work weekends and retail hours
