Your contribution to the energy transition
As Operations and Maintenance (O&M;) Sales, you will be responsible for driving growth of the company’s Operations & Maintenance (O&M;) portfolio within the utility‑scale solar PV sector. The role focuses on identifying and securing new O&M; contracts, building strong relationships with asset owners and investors, and promoting value‑added service offerings. Key duties include scouting for new opportunities, developing sales strategies, preparing technical and commercial proposals, leading negotiations,
and supporting the transition from O&M; sales to O&M; execution. The position requires close collaboration with the technical team to ensure competitive, high‑quality service solutions and sustained portfolio expansion. You will be reporting to the Country Technical Manager in Italy and will be closely cooperating with the O&M; Team Leader.
You can look forward to the following tasks;
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to grow the O&M; portfolio for utility-scale solar plants
- Build and maintain relationships with asset owners, IPPs and investors
- Prepare and deliver technical and commercial O&M; proposals tailored to client needs and RFQs
- Lead contract negotiations and close O&M; service agreements
- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company growth targets
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitors, and potential leads
