Responsibilities

Warmly greet and check in guests with a smile, ensuring smooth and efficient arrivals and departures
Handle reservations, phone inquiries, and guest requests with enthusiasm and professionalism
Manage cash and credit transactions accurately and securely
Provide local recommendations and assist guests in making their stay unforgettable
Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction
Keep the front desk area neat, organized, and inviting

Requirements

Friendly and approachable personality with excellent communication skills




Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus
Basic computer skills and comfort using reservation systems
A passion for delivering top-notch guest experiences
Availability to work the 3pm to 11pm shift
