As a Specialist, and a valued member of the Venezia Marghera team, you will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions:

- Manage your floor comprehensively, encompassing one or more of the four key product categories in our stores (makeup, skincare, fragrance, Sephora Collection).
- Facilitate communication between the Store Manager and the Beauty Advisor team.
- Support Managers in daily activities, actively contributing to the development of the store's commercial and HR strategy.
- Monitor and analyze team KPIs, motivating the team to achieve results.
- Coordinate commercial and organizational activities (promotions, events,
new product launches, CRM campaigns, etc.).
- Manage the stockroom, maintaining optimal stock levels in accordance with product replenishment cycles and merchandising strategies.
- Implement company procedures (regulations, safety procedures) and commercial policies (pricing, promotions, communication) established by central departments.
- Train new hires and guide them through their growth and development path in collaboration with Managers.
- Interact trustfully & openly with diverse groups of people, building relationships within and beyond the organization. Work collectively, highlighting wins, celebrating and crediting the team and individuals for successes.
