WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Responsibilities & Duties

Answer logistics related questions from sales/service colleagues and customers to ensure a smooth delivery process. Engage in troubleshooting and follow up inquiries in a structured way until the case has been resolved.

Process and arrange book-ins with customers and schedule deliveries to arrive on-time.

Advise sales/service teams on available logistics services to meet specific customer shipping requirements (e.g. route coding).

Maintain and coordinate load planning processes with the warehouse and transport provider through supply chain collaboration platforms.

Managing the stock levels in remote stock locations for spare parts and accessories

Ensuring reliable stock bookings in remote stock locations, conduction periodical stock counts and document these for internal audits.

Develop system knowledge
