Job Scope Lead of the Immuno Global Operations (IGO) Center of Excellence (Co E) dedicated to Automation & Robotization. Exploration, evaluation and implementation of emerging technologies in automation and robotization,



supporting Diasorin's Immuno Operations.
This role combines strategic thinking, technical expertise, and cross-functional collaboration to streamline processes, enhance operational efficiency, product quality, and sustainability.
Key Duties And Responsibilities Technology Scouting & Evaluation: Research market trends and emerging technologies in automation and robotization, assessing their feasibility and impact on Diasorin's industrial processes. Design and implement strategies to integrate new technologies that streamline processes, enhance efficiency, reduce energy consumption and improve product quality Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with functional stakeholders, including Site Leaders and Department Heads, to translate business needs into technical requirements, apply lean principles and promote technology adoption through solid business cases.
