The Group Digital Applications & OT Manager supports the evolution of the Group's application landscape and OT systems, ensuring integration, stability, and alignment with business needs. The role operates at the intersection of corporate applications (excluding ERP), MES/OT systems, and data platforms for BI and analytics, contributing to a more integrated and scalable digital environment. It combines technical responsibility and team coordination, with direct impact on production continuity and data quality. Key Responsibilities Management and evolution of corporate applications (non ERP) and MES OT systems Design of integrations (API, middleware, SAP S 4 HANA IDoc BAPI, CPI PO) Technical troubleshooting on application systems and shopfloor Development and management of data pipelines and BI analytics platforms Collaboration with ERP, Infrastructure, and Security teams to ensure system stability and Security Coordination of teams, external partners,



and local IT Standardization and scalability of the digital ecosystem Reporting Structure Reports to Chief Information Officer CIO Collaborates with ERP, Infrastructure and Operations, Security and Compliance Interacts with local IT teams, external partners, corporate functions, and operations Problem solving and analytical thinking Leadership and team coordination Management of international stakeholders Hands on approach and results orientation Organizational skills and priority management Flexibility and adaptability Qualifications & Requirements Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields Experience in IT application and or OT roles within industrial environments Knowledge of application architectures and integration (API, SAP S 4 HANA) Familiarity with MES OT systems, industrial protocols, and data platforms (ETL ELT, BI) Experience in managing teams and international stakeholders What we offer: Gross Annual Salary (RAL): €60,000–€70,000 , depending on experience and qualifications Hybrid w
