In this role you will apply deep PSL technology knowledge to educate customers, operations, and business development on our solutions. You will guide delivery execution and help identify customer needs, supporting proposal development and solution delivery. You'll collaborate across PSLs, BD, and operations to find up-sell opportunities and shape the technology strategy for your geography. You will champion quality, safety, and best practices while tracking market opportunities to grow profitable revenue. This is a customer-facing, impact-driven role that sits at the intersection of technology and business growth. Educate Customers,



Operations and BD on PSL offerings and benefits Support Delivery Execution using knowledge of sub-PSL products and services Identify customer technical needs through product knowledge and geographic context Advise BD on proposals and up-sell opportunities Assist operations and BD in diagnosing and communicating delivery issues Collaborate with PSL, Region/Country BD, Accounts and Tech Teams to identify growth opportunities Provide input on PSL technology priorities based on market and customer needs Execute tactical action plans as directed by Country management Promote PSL quality directives and ensure HSE/OE compliance in operations Undergraduate degree in Engineering or related discipline Minimum 5 years of experience in the energy services industry, preferably as a field professional In this role you will apply deep PSL technology knowledge to educate customers, operations, and business development on our solutions.
