Job Title: Project Manager Business Unit: Special Projects
Employment Type: Full-time, based at BWS Milan headquarters with international travels
Salary Range: 63.000 – 84.000 euro gross annual salary, depending on experience.

The Project Manager works in close collaboration with the Head of Production and the Executive Producer, supporting the overall planning, production and management of the projects assigned to the Special Projects Unit.
This role is central to the management of all operational, logistical, and financial aspects of each project, ensuring that schedules, budgets, and quality standards are met.
Acting as the operational bridge between the creative vision and production execution, the Project Manager ensures smooth communication across departments, alignment with project objectives, and timely delivery of milestones.
