If you want to be part of a top technology brand, join us What you'll do Global Employee Lifecycle & Mobility: Manage the end-to-end operational employee journey—including contract creation, onboarding, probation tracking, role changes, offboarding, and global mobility/relocations—across our geographies. Payroll, Systems & Data Analytics: Support global payroll operations to ensure high-quality service delivery, maintain strict employee data security and integrity in our HRIS (Hi Bob),



and build workforce reporting dashboards to guide business decisions. Process Transformation & AI Integration: Drive HR digitalization and continuous process optimization, acting as an operational power user of Generative AI tools and Hi Bob workflows to automate policies, templates, and repetitive tasks. Multi-Country Policy & SOP Standardization: Maintain and update global employee handbooks and internal SOPs to ensure continuous alignment with local legislation across all our operating regions. Fleet Management & Health & Safety: Oversee Italian Health & Safety compliance (D. Lgs. 81/08), systematically tracking mandatory medical checks and safety training, while managing corporate fleet administration (leases, traffic fines, fuel cards) What you'll need 5–8 years of progressive experience in People/HR Operations, ideally within fast-paced tech, Saa S, or international environments.
