Currently we are looking for candidates for the position of Applications Specialist for cooling water & reverse osmosis and membrane treatment with special focus on biocides. Duties & Responsibilities Support the European sales organization through technical field support, business growth initiatives, customer problem resolution, and account retention activities. Provide technical expertise during customer visits, surveys, audits, and troubleshooting of cooling water and RO membrane systems.



Contribute to customer proposals and tenders by preparing technical recommendations, system assessments, and delivering customer presentations. Develop optimization programs and technical reports focused on improving system performance, reliability, water efficiency, and sustainability. Deliver technical training and knowledge-sharing programs for customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders. Support new product introductions (NPI), technology deployment, field validation, and collaboration with R&D; teams. Develop case histories, value advantage projects, and sustainability assessments to demonstrate customer value creation. Maintain and enhance technical documentation, application guidelines, digital tools, and Share Point resources. Support digital monitoring, automation, and data-driven optimization solutions for cooling water and membrane applications.
