You'll be joining over +350 engineers across software development, infrastructure, operations and security. Fueled by curiosity, experimentation and collaboration, you'll help deliver scalable, impactful solutions that shape the future of insurance. Here are the details What You'll Do Define and drive the technical roadmap, ensuring alignment with business priorities for a team of 3 to 6 engineers Take ownership of architectural decisions, overseeing implementation while ensuring maintainability, reliability, scalability, and security. Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth, while maintaining an engaging and motivating work environment.



What We're Looking For A strong technical background with 5+ years of hands-on development experience, Python knowledge preferred 2+ years in a leadership role, managing engineering teams, overseeing development processes, and driving technical decisions. Hands-on experience with cloud services and infrastructure, preferably AWS and Data Bricks Ability to shape and adapt team processes and ways of working to align with the team needs Proven ability to mentor engineers by providing technical guidance, fostering critical thinking, and enhancing decision-making skills. Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field. Nice-to-Have Experience with Domain-Driven Design and event-driven architectures.
