Within our Marketing & Direct Sales department at Costa's Genoa Headquarters, the Enterprise Mar Tech Program Manager will play a key role in one of the company's most strategic transformation initiatives: Omnichannel Personalization & Pricing and bundling. Working at the intersection of business strategy, commercial transformation, and technology, you will help ensure that Pricing & Bundling evolves as a fully integrated business capability, connected to Personalization powered by Customer Data Platform, omnichannel activation, and the broader Mar Tech ecosystem. Through this opportunity and leveraging on Gen AI capabilities, you will contribute to shaping the platforms, processes, and integrations that will support Costa's future growth and customer experience ambitions.
