As Sales Manager for Imaging & Photonics in Italy, you drive revenue growth and strategic customer relationships for Acal BFI's imaging and photonics portfolio. You lead a technical sales team and collaborate with engineering to tailor solutions that meet customer needs. You will shape the commercial strategy, grow the design funnel, and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing. This role sits in the country leadership team, offering impact on corporate strategy within a prestigious international group. Performance Premio Company Car Competitive salary 70,000-80,000 EUR (depends on seniority) Develop and execute a sales strategy for imaging and photonics solutions aligned with company objectives Identify, target, and win new customers in key sectors (defense, industrial, medical, scientific) Grow revenue within existing accounts through cross-selling and upselling value-added solutions Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing Build long-term partnerships with OEMs, system integrators, and key accounts Act as a trusted advisor,



understanding customer applications and technical requirements Maintain regular engagement with strategic customers and stakeholders Collaborate with the Group Business Development Director to support supplier strategy execution and monitor emerging technologies Provide market feedback to suppliers and internal teams Translate customer requirements into tailored solutions using the portfolio Work closely with FSEs and technical teams Promote value-added services (design support, customization, integration) Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts Build and manage a strong pipeline of opportunities Report on sales performance and market trends Senior B2 B solution/service sales and business development background within electronics, optics, or high-tech components experience in defense market is a plus Solid knowledge of Photonics & Imaging technologies Proven ability to lead, motivate, and upskill
