The role aims to build strategic partnerships with large‐scale, organized customers and major pharmacy networks. The primary purpose is to maximize product availability, secure prime shelf space, and negotiate favorable commercial terms to drive revenue and market share.




Management of the team.
Strategic Relationship Management: Building long‐term, profitable partnerships with decision‐makers at major pharmacy chains (e.g., Walmart, Farmacias del Ahorro, Benavides, local national chains), supermarket retailers.
National Distribution & Visibility: Ensuring OTC drugs, vitamins, and wellness products are consistently stocked and highly visible across all retail footprints nationwide.
Commercial Negotiations: Securing favorable contracts, pricing, and trade margins, as well as negotiating premium shelf placement and endcap visibility.
Gross to Net execution: Collaborating with brand and trade marketing teams to develop joint business plans, execute localized promotional campaigns, and align with consumer trends.
