Field Service/Customer Service Engineer

We are looking for experienced candidates who will execute Installation & Commissioning (I&C;) of High Voltage Products to customer sites located in Italy and abroad. The candidate will operate by strictly following the health, safety & environment Hitachi Energy Standard with the aim to deliver on-time and on quality meeting customers' expectations.
Perform tasks like installation and commissioning of equipment and routine maintenance independently, identify technical problems and make analysis through remote or on-site activity in installation and commissioning, site acceptance testing, routine maintenance, oil treatment etc.;
Coordinate, prepare and ensure that all materials, parts and equipment are available and at the appropriate quality for installation and commissioning activities.




Provide recommendations to management to improve operations and customer service.

Technical diploma and/or degree.
Good knowledge of both Italian and English.
Availability to travel (90-100%).
