We are looking for a Feature Lead Engineer - Connectivity to play a pivotal role in shaping the definition and implementation of next-generation TCU platforms at a major automotive OEM. You will bring automotive or equivalent platform expertise to build scalable, high-quality products. You will analyze, review, refine, plan, define, and release new software applications with a focus on component requirements in support of business goals ,bridging technical development with product delivery across connectivity domains. Employment type: Permanent Working model: Hybrid Responsibilities: Lead the definition, planning, and release of connectivity software features for next-generation TCU platforms Write and refine component-level requirements aligned with system and business requirements Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to ensure software quality and best practices Monitor software development activities, prioritising critical features and issues to keep delivery on track Analyze system and software requirements,
identifying gaps and driving resolution with the development team Support testing activities by developing test cases and test plans for connectivity features Collaborate with cross-functional teams including hardware, cloud, and validation engineers Interface with end-users and stakeholders to gather insight on functionality, usability, and interface requirements Provide technical support and guidance to the development team throughout the software lifecycle Ensure compliance with applicable data privacy practices and automotive regulations Communicate technical findings and decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Qualifications: University degree in computer science, information systems, or software engineering — plus 5-12 years of equivalent experience Hands-on knowledge of: 4 G/5 G Modem, C-V2 X, Ultra Wide Band, NFC, CAN, Ethernet, IP, TCP/UDP, TLS/DTLS Familiarity with MQTT, OMA-DM, and LWM2 M Experience with N
