Strategic Account Manager – Italy
This role manages and grows a portfolio of mid‑market accounts across Italy, ensuring long‑term account stability and fostering strong relationships with senior decision‑makers. The position focuses heavily on engagement with key stakeholders, driving account expansion through strategic solutions, and negotiating contracts to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.



The base salary range is €45,000–€57,000.
Key Responsibilities

Take ownership of a portfolio of mid‑market accounts, ensuring the stability of existing relationships and monitoring account health.
Build and nurture strong relationships with senior decision‑makers and key stakeholders, engaging in strategic discussions to understand their evolving needs and business goals.
Lead the negotiation process for renewals, creating value for both clients and the company while aligning terms with client objectives.
Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities within existing accounts and present tailored solutions to drive satisfaction and growth.
Partner closely with internal teams—sales, technical services, and support—to ensure seamless execution of solutions and client success.
Develop and execute strategic account plans that align with client and company objectives to create sustainable growth.
