Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for new hires. Act as the main point of contact for employees and managers on HR administrative matters,



including leave management, sickness absence, permits, workplace injuries, and severance pay (TFR). Maintain and update employee records and HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with company policies and labor regulations. Coordinate administrative activities related to hiring, contract renewals, employee changes, and terminations throughout the employee lifecycle. Support monthly attendance tracking and validation, ensuring accurate data management and timely processing. Prepare and analyze HR reports and KPIs, including absence trends, leave balances, attendance data, and workforce metrics. Manage HR documentation and ensure proper filing and compliance with internal procedures and legal requirements. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure the efficient execution of HR administrative processes and contribute to continuous process improvements.
