We help hospitality teams simplify operations, reduce friction, and deliver better guest experiences — effortlessly.

Today we work with 300+ properties and around 10,000 users across Italy, Spain, Portugal, Greece, and Albania. We're growing fast — and that means a lot of new hotels to bring on board, properly.

THE ROLE

We're looking for a Customer Success Specialist to own the moment that matters most: the first weeks after a property joins Cora.

You’ll set up new hotels, train their teams, and make sure Cora actually gets used — by housekeepers, maintenance staff, and front office people who often have never worked with a management tool before. Then you’ll stay with those accounts: watching adoption, solving friction, spotting where Cora can do more for them.

Here’s the thing: the best person for this job has worked in a hotel. If you’ve spent a year at reception,



you already know what a stressful check-in looks like, why the housekeeping report is always late, and how a GM talks. That knowledge we can’t teach — everything else, we can.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Direct hospitality experience – even just 1 year at reception, front office, or guest relations. This is the part that matters most to us.
- Fluent Italian and English. Spanish is a strong plus.
- Comfortable teaching and explaining
- Organized and reliable – you’ll be the single point of contact for dozens of properties
- Curious about tech, or at least unafraid of it. You don’t need a technical background; you need to want to understand how things work.
- Proactive: we’ll tell you the goal, not every single step
- No previous SaaS or Customer Success experience required. We’ll teach you that.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Own the onboarding of new properties end to end: setup, configuration, staff train
