Celanese is seeking a Principal Engineer, Continuous Improvement to lead cross-functional teams in applying DMAIC and Lean Six Sigma to reduce waste and improve processes at Forli, Italy. The role focuses on data-driven decision making across manufacturing and transactional areas with global reach.
The position requires 10+ years in manufacturing with Lean Six Sigma, strong statistics, and hands-on experience with Minitab, SAP, and Power BI. International travel of 25–50% is expected.
